MyBillables

Back to the work you bill for.

Less time logging hours, chasing timesheets, and building invoices, and more on client work. For agencies and professional services firms, at one published price per person that doesn’t grow with your client list. If your last renewal surprised you, we’re building MyBillables for you.

Press Start, or ink in a drafted entry, and every total updates. Drafts never count until someone confirms them.

From logged hour to paid invoice, without the busywork.

One product takes your team’s time from the week it’s worked to the invoice it’s paid on, and shows what each project earned along the way. Studio covers tracking through invoicing. Agency adds full scheduling, approvals, and profitability—still one product, not a Forecast add-on. See the plan comparison for what each plan includes.1

  • Log time without breaking your flow

Start a timer wherever you’re working—web, desktop, or phone—or catch up on the week grid. A reminder comes by email or Slack only when time is actually missing, so nobody gets nagged for nothing.

  • Your week, pencilled in. You confirm it.Beta at launch

Less to remember on Friday afternoon. Opt in, and your calendar and connected tools draft your week for you. You look it over and confirm it; nothing counts until you do. No screenshots, no keystrokes.

  • See next month’s capacity, not just last month’s hours

Know who’s free before you say yes to new work. Book people onto projects, spot who’s over capacity next week, and plan around time off and holidays. Included, not a second product. Team shows week capacity and scheduled hours; the schedule grid ships in the beta.

  • Catch budget overruns while you can still fix them

Budgets warn you at 80% and 100%, and the projects list shows burn next to hours tracked, hours scheduled, and remaining—so planning isn’t a Forecast add-on. Profitability by client, project, and person, traced to the entries behind every figure, shows you which work pays.

  • Invoice without retyping a single hour

Logged hours and expenses become a draft invoice, so billable work doesn’t get left off. Clients pay online by card or ACH, and everything syncs to QuickBooks Online or Xero, so your books match without double entry.

  • Bill back every receipt

Snap the receipt on your phone and attach it to a project. It’s billed back with the right markup instead of getting lost at the bottom of a bag.

  • Close the month without chasing anyone

Approve timesheets and lock closed periods, so the numbers you reported stay the numbers you reported.

  • Keep every year of your Harvest history

Your reports don’t start from zero. Clients, projects, people, rates, budgets, time, expenses, and invoices come across with full history, and a reconciliation report has to come out to zero.

  • Fits around the tools your team already uses

Calendars, Slack and Teams, Asana, Jira, Linear, and GitHub, so nobody has to change how they work. A complete REST API and an server let you and your AI assistants automate the rest, from day one.

See which projects are on track, at a glance

Every project shows budget burn beside hours tracked, hours scheduled, and remaining, so you see trouble coming without opening a second app—Harvest’s overview and Forecast’s remaining without a second subscription. Team carries week capacity until the schedule grid ships in the beta.

Illustrative figures. Your report is generated from your own account.

Switching should take an afternoon. Then you never think about it again.

Keep everything you’ve built up. Paste your Harvest API token and MyBillables brings across your clients, projects, people, rates, budgets, time, expenses, and invoices, with full history. You do it once, and then you get back to work.

  • No surprises. A dry run shows counts and anything that needs mapping before a single record is written.

  • Switch on your renewal date. Imports pick up only new and changed records, so your team keeps working in Harvest until the day you switch.

  • Know nothing went missing. A reconciliation report compares hours, amounts, and invoice totals. It should read zero.

Coming from Toggl Track, Clockify, or spreadsheets? CSV import with column mapping is planned for general availability.

Know your bill before you talk to anyone.

One published price per person, annual or month to month, with no usage meters on any paid plan, so taking on more clients never raises your bill. Full scheduling and profitability are on Agency.

  • Grow your client list, not your bill.

Paid plans are never priced per client, project, task, or invoice. There are no usage meters to watch. Free is for one person, with up to 3 active client projects.

  • Commit only as far as you want.

Pay monthly with no long-term contract, or save 20% by billing annually. Cancel or downsize anytime on either.

  • Your price, locked.

Annual plans started in the first three months after launch keep their price through their 2028 renewal. The commitment goes in the Terms of Service.

  • Pay only for the team you have.

Remove a seat and your next bill goes down. No waiting for renewal, on any paid plan.

  • Your data leaves with you.

Export everything on any plan, at any time, including after you cancel.

The short answers.

When can I start using it?

We’re planning a private beta for December 2026 and general availability in September 2027. We send beta invites in waves, and teams with a renewal date coming up get priority.

What does requesting an invite commit me to?

Nothing. We’ll email you about your invite and send an occasional build-in-public update. Remove yourself from the list with one click.

Why ask which features I care about?

Because we’re building this for you, and your answers go straight to the people writing the code. Your input decides what we build first and, just as important, what we leave out. It also tells us which beta wave fits your team. It’s optional; your email is all we need to keep you in the loop.

Who’s building this, and how do I get help in the beta?

Blair Software, LLC builds MyBillables in Texas. Email support@mybillables.com: a human replies within one business day during the private beta, and you’re talking to someone who can change the code—not a queue several layers away from the product.

How do I ask about Enterprise, security, partnerships, or accessibility?

Email support@mybillables.com. Use that address for Enterprise pricing, security questions, partnerships, and accessibility issues—not only waitlist invites.

Will it watch my team work?

No. Drafted timesheets are opt-in, use only the sources you connect, and nothing is saved until you confirm it.

Is this another tool my team has to look after?

We’re designing it not to be. You get a reminder only when something’s missing, drafts you confirm instead of entries you type, and invoices built from the hours your team has logged.

Talk to the people who build it.

MyBillables is a product of Blair Software, LLC, a small software company in Texas.

  • Answers from someone who can change the product

When you write in, you’re talking to someone who can change the code. There aren’t layers of people between you and the product running your firm’s books.

  • Relevant experience

We’re a small business with experience in freelance and agency work—tracking time, sending invoices, and watching subscription bills get harder to predict. That work is why MyBillables exists: published per-person pricing, no usage meters, and software that gets out of the way.

  • Beta support

support@mybillables.com — During the private beta, email support gets a human reply within one business day. No sales calls, and no AI replies pretending to be a person.

Get in early, and shape what we build first.

Leave your email and we’ll send your invite when your spot in the beta opens. Tell us what you care about most, and we’ll build and test it first.

  • Invites go out in waves, starting with a private beta in December 2026.
  • Teams with a renewal coming up are invited first.
  • Only invite news and the occasional build update. No sales calls.
